Members of the MC Engineering, Inc. team have played a primary role in leading the following pipeline projects to completion:

24” and 18” Potable Water Pipeline, Lincoln California.  Mr. Carey served as the project manager responsible for planning, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, design review and approval, bidding and construction management for $2.2 million pipeline and related bore and jacking operation. He reviewed progress of work, negotiated and approved all change orders.

Pipeline Project, San Juan Water District, Folsom California. Mr. Carey developed a hydraulic computer model in order to determine pipe diameters for 7 miles of 40‑inch and 66‑inch water transmission main.  He also compiled a comprehensive cost estimate for the pre-design report.

Water Commission Southwest Pipeline, North Dakota.   Mr. Carey assisted in the development of instrumentation plans and specifications for the 900‑Mhz radio telemetry system. The project included 15 major pump stations, 17 storage reservoirs, and more than 250 miles of 12‑inch to 26‑inch transmission mains.

Pipeline Replacement, Fair Oaks Water District, California. Mr. Carey project engineer for a 30‑inch replacement pipeline. The project involved replacing an elevated creek crossing with a buried pipeline and associated appurtenances. Mr. Carey performed pipeline design, wrote specifications, and provided field inspection services.
