Project Desciption

Members of the MCE staff managed the field instillation crews including hiring installers, coordinating with the City staff and customers, and overseeing entire installation of approximately 10,000 new smart meter endpoints. The project included development of GIS maps and providing troubleshooting support to rectify faulty endpoint installations. MC Engineering office staff supported field personnel by resolving data anomalies and coordinating the data input with City Customer Service and billing software system representatives.
