We recognize one of the most critical aspects of owning and operating wastewater treatment and disposal facilities is permit compliance.  Our team is experienced in Waste Discharge Permit acquisition and compliance in California.  This expertise incudes knowledge of the relatively complex process of meeting NPDES discharge requirements related to wastewater treatment and reclamation facilities.  Title 22 reclamation requirements and other aspects of RWQCB requirements have a direct impact on both operating and capital facility costs that form the foundation of compliance in California.
