In 2015 MCE completed a Component Analysis for EID in order to comply with the CUWCC BMPs.  EID served as the original case study for AWWA Manual M36 and MCE built on the past studies to update their program needs. The project identified a strong business case for both proactive leak detection and strategic meter replacements.
